We step in about 12 weeks before your wedding and takeover logistics and final details.

You’ve planned everything and just need someone to run the show.
We step in about 6–8 weeks before your wedding. You plan it, we make sure it runs seamlessly.

01. Get in touch
Fill out the contact form and let us know which type of event you'd like to collaborate on: wedding, corporate, or social. We’ll get back to you within two business days to set up a free 30-minute discovery call.

02. We'll meet face-to-face
During the free 30-minute discovery call, we’ll go over your vision and any ideas you may have for the event. I’ll also walk you through my planning process and next steps.

03. Personalized proposal
After our meeting, you’ll receive a personalized proposal with the costing, framework, and planning of your event. You’ll find all of the details in the proposal.

04. Make it official
Secure your spot with a signed contract and 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event.
